Submission 2: interchange


Morning sun bathes onto the deck and living area through the north-east wall that is mainly composed of fixed glazing.

Viewing is also made possible from the deck into the living area.

Clerestory windows have the ability to make the ceiling/roof seem to float.


Your presence out on deck captures the summer breezes while the deep eaves can block out winter winds.



This house promotes feelings of safety while making the most of spectacular views through western wall. Privacy is not to be excluded as the bedroom walls are constrcuted of limestone with a generous sized awning window.
